1.    A Visual Story
Explore what a visual story is by looking at classic examples from the business world. Learn how we see with our brain and the way that visuals are processed. Find out how even something as objective as data ,can be turned into a visual story.

2.    Process Stories
Examine how processes can be best visualized. Explore the idea of nodes and linkers and learn from experts the optimum amount of information to find the sweet spot between over-simplification and cognitive overload. Leverage customer journey maps and service blueprints to identify opportunities and threats.

3.    Charts
Discover how to choose the right visual to tell your story. Learn how you can simplify complex charts by removing chart junk and how to focus the audience’s attention. Find out the right amount of context that you need to support your message.

4.    Conceptualization
Learn how to visualize abstract and conceptual ideas. Find out how you can choose the right image based on culture, gender and audience expectations.

5.    Design IQ
Explore how you can increase your design IQ by learning some of the principles of effective design and visual perception. Find out how you can leverage contrast, enclosure, connectedness, proximity, similarity and animation.
