METHODOLOGY

Training with Mango maximises action and interaction, blending individual and group exercises. Participants master key concepts through role plays, games, quizzes, case studies, discussions and reflective sessions

STRUCTURE

1.    Psychological Safety 
Discover what psychological safety is and learn to recognize safe and unsafe environments. Leverage ideas from behavioral psychology and neuroscience. Find out what can keep people in a threat or reward state at work. 

2.    Trust and Open Communication
Find out the criteria for trust and open communication. Explore the importance of empathy and transparency and discover what can fill the void in the absence of trust. Examine how manipulative behavior can impact relationships.  

3.    Inclusivity and Respect
Address the importance of inclusivity, respect, and understanding unconscious biases. Learn to value diverse perspectives and create an inclusive atmosphere. Explore examples of exclusive language and behaviors. 

4.    Conflict and Feedback
Explore strategies for healthy conflict resolution and delivering effective feedback. Discover the importance of word choice and nuance when giving and sharing opinions. Learn to manage disagreements effectively.  

5.    Learning from Mistakes 
Learn how to reframe your own and other people’s mistakes. Explore the conversations to be had around mistakes and discover the frames which will help foster a growth mindset at work.
