1.    Thinking Styles and Thinking Traps
Explore the different types of thinking that we use to solve problems and create solutions. Use Bloom’s Taxonomy to guide your thinking from memorization through to synthesis. Discover how to avoid common thinking traps like biases and assumptions.

2.    Anticipation
Discover how to scan the horizon for future problems. Leverage modern problem-finding techniques like SWOT and PESTEL, debugging and contingency planning.

3.    Clarification
Find out how you can identify the right problem by using 5 Whys, Cause Mapping, 10 Questions and other techniques. Explore how to frame your problem statement the right way.

4.    Solution-Finding
Generate solutions using convergent and divergent thinking. Explore how to use traditional and democratic brainstorming as well as the lotus blossom technique. Discover the power of adaptive thinking with tools like SCAMPER.

5.    Decision-Making
Identify your own decision-making style and its distinct strengths and weaknesses. Learn how to make decisions using gut, analysis, and some simple decision-making tools. Find out how you can use Pareto Analysis, Paired Comparison, Decision Trees, Decision Matrix and the useful vs original matrix.
