Discover the role managers should play in goal setting. Learn the difference between KPIs and goals. Learn how to set goals around accountability, behavior, and skill. Explore how to use a skills matrix to create a list of transferable skills in your team. Learn how to train your team on how to write powerful goals using the SMARTEST approach and 5As.
