1.    Change
Discover the nature of change and use the PESTEL tool to recognize the different types of change in your context. Learn the differences between, internal, external, group, individual, transformational and incremental change.

2.    Change and Me
Explore your own attitudes to change and your level of change resistance. Reflect on your own journey through change and the impact it has had on your life. Identify, your emotional response to change.

3.    Individual Change
Explore the power of the agile mindset and the winning formula for embracing change. Use Mango’s ACCEPT model (acknowledge, care, control, expectations, present and target) to success in times of change.

4.    Group Change
Learn how to leverage group change through Kotter’s 8 Steps. Explore the results of skipping steps and enhance your personal leadership through the four Vs: visibility, variability, validation and ventilation. Uncover key tips on how to lead your team through change.

5.    Change Resistance
Learn about the cycle of grief and how to manage your team’s journey through change. Discover how to identify your team’s emotional state and what you can do. Examine how to encourage team participation in change management initiatives.
