METHODOLOGY

Training with Mango maximises action and interaction, blending individual and group exercises. Participants master key concepts through role plays, games, quizzes, case studies, discussions and reflective sessions

STRUCTURE

1.    Legitimacy
Discover what makes you a leader that others are willing to follow. Examine your personal brand and whether you exude gravitas. Learn about the importance of body language and faking it until you become it.

2.    Building your Sphere of Influence
Explore your current sphere of influence and where you want to take it in the future. Build relationships through small talk and empathy. Leverage your network of support and the power of reciprocal credits.

3.    Building Trust
Uncover the 8 Criteria for Trust and how gaps in trust can lead to a lack of influence. Discover methods for improving your trust with your team and various stakeholders.

4.    Engaging Others
Use the SCARF model to help understand people and what motivates them. Ensure you are creating proper engagement in your team and managing both your own and their energy levels.

5.    Persuasion and Influence
Discover your own influencer style and how it can affect the way you communicate. Use the channels of persuasion to better understand how to change minds.
