1.    Building Power
Discover the seven different types of power and learn how you can leverage the power of network, information and expertise. Build your personal charm and become a leader who inspires trust and followership. 

2.    Investigation
Find out how to give an assertive pitch based on facts and strong logic. Explore how bias and logical fallacy can undermine your arguments. 

3.    Calculation
Adopt a calculation approach to influence and learn how you can use tools like forcefield and cost benefit analysis. Learn how you can pull people to the right decision through logic

4.    Motivation
Use the SCARF model to help understand people and what motivates them. Ensure you are creating proper engagement in your team and managing both your own and their energy levels.
