1.    Legitimacy
Find out how you can step up and develop your leadership capacity. Learn to identify behavioural traits in others and model micro-behaviours. Explore the relationship between physiology and success and what you can start practicing today.

2.    Engagement
Discover what makes you tick and how to navigate tedious tasks. Learn how to use the concept of flow to overcome boredom and apathy. Align career decisions with purpose and explore how to step out of the comfort zone safely.

3.    Awareness
Understand yourself and how others perceive you. Explore how to journal and identify emotional triggers and traps. Identify where you fit in at work and in society in general. Learn how you can connect success to the idea of interdependence.

4.    Discipline
Explore how you can build a growth mindset and reframe failure and challenge. Improve your ability to handle change and be comfortable with ambiguity and disruption. Learn to build resilience and handle failure and crisis.

5.    Goal Setting
Examine how to set goals using the SMARTEST approach (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound, engaging, supported and take the first step). Explore the common pitfalls of goal setting like accountability and procrastination.
