WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS WORKSHOP?

This workshop is for leaders responsible for steering their teams through change. Participants will learn how to assess complex situations, communicate a clear vision, and build strong, aligned teams. They will explore practical strategies to inspire trust, address resistance, and sustain momentum. The workshop uses Mango’s ACTION model to guide leaders step-by-step through effective change management.

METHODOLOGY

Training with Mango maximises action and interaction, blending individual and group exercises. Participants master key concepts through role plays, games, quizzes, case studies, discussions and reflective sessions

STRUCTURE

1. Understanding Change
Explore how change affects people and systems in a VUCA environment. Identify common reasons change efforts fail and how to avoid them. Understand the psychological and organisational impact of uncertainty. 

2. Analyse + Create
Use tools like PESTLE, SWOT, and OCAI to assess the current landscape and define what needs to change. Align the change plan with organisational priorities and values. Craft clear, actionable messages that communicate direction.

3. Team
Identify influencers and allies to lead the change effort with you. Understand how to navigate organisational politics and manage personality dynamics. Align your team around shared goals and values.

4. Inspire + Outreach
Motivate others with storytelling, role modelling, and open dialogue. Practise using message framing to engage different audiences. Build trust by showing vulnerability, listening to feedback, and encouraging openness.

5. Normalise
 Embed the change in structures, routines, and everyday practices. Reinforce progress with celebration, recognition, and visible wins. Use internal messaging and rituals to anchor the new direction.
