Discover the different types of minutes and their different features. Learn how to leverage narrative, action and resolution minutes and the format, structure and style of each. Learn how to select the right type of minutes for the right context.

3.    Listening and Note Taking
Learn how to take accurate notes and the different shortcuts and hacks you can use. Explore how you can record key points and avoid circular discussions. Leverage the different ways to record discussions and remember who said what.
