STRUCTURE

1.    The Power of EQ
This section explores the importance of emotional intelligence (EQ) and its relevance in both personal and professional settings. Participants will identify the differences between EQ and traditional intelligence (IQ) and discover how improving EQ can enhance communication, collaboration, and overall well-being.

2.    Journey to Self Awareness
In this part, participants will examine the significance of recognizing and understanding their own emotions. They will learn techniques for self-reflection and emotional identification, discovering how self-awareness impacts decision-making and interpersonal relationships.

3.    Empathy Redefined
Here, participants will differentiate between sympathy, empathy, compassion, and judgment. They will learn to identify effective versus ineffective empathy phrases and discover the power of active listening and perspective-taking to enhance empathetic engagement.

4.    Mastering Emotional Regulation
