METHODOLOGY

STRUCTURE

1. Understanding Change
Examine how change affects your thinking, emotions, and outlook. Use the VUCA framework to break down complex changes into clearer categories. Learn how to confront change and see it as a driver for growth, not just disruption.

2. Mindsets for Resilience
Explore two key mindsets: agile and growth. Practise adopting behaviours that support learning, persistence, and flexibility. Learn how to use positive self-talk to stay mentally strong in the face of setbacks.

3. Resilient Behaviours
Adopt stress management behaviours supported by research. Learn techniques such as journaling, meditation, assertiveness, and better sleep routines. Discover how consistent, small actions build long-term resilience.

4. Facing the Unknown
Gain tools to navigate uncertainty without feeling overwhelmed. Practise using risk analysis to weigh decisions and take action with confidence. Understand how to avoid overthinking by using structured thinking tools.

5. Accepting and Growing from Change
Apply the ACCEPT model and NPI (Negative, Positive, Interesting) to process difficult change. Reflect on how you react under pressure and what that says about your personal brand. Identify new opportunities and consciously shape how you respond to change.
