1.    Diversity in Action
Explore diversity across age, gender, culture and thinking styles. Examines the pros and cons of the diverse workplace and considers why diversity and inclusion matters socially and financially.

2.    Bias Reduction
Find out the different types of bias and how we can reduce them. Learn how to recognize positive, negative, conscious, unconscious and even guerilla bias. Discover how you can become mindful of your thoughts and your attitudes to human difference. Discover how to challenge stereotypes and over-simplification.

3.    Recruitment & Selection
Ensure that your recruitment process is designed to minimize bias. Exploit behavioral interview techniques to help reduce biases and ensure that your selection process is fair and inclusive. Leverage D&I in internal recruitment and succession planning.  

4.    Creating a Culture
Build a culture of creativity at work by creating diversity-friendly policies and driving them through the organization. Find out how to audit whether internal policy is inclusive.

5.    Communication
Discover how to use inclusive language and communicate directives the right way. Modify your communication approach and set the ground rules for effective communication. Learn how to reflect on your communication and audit whether you are using the right language.
