1.    CQ
Discover the importance of CQ as a factor for business success in your new role. Uncover your current level of CQ and find out how you can enhance your CQ motivation, knowledge, strategy and action. Explore case studies of individuals and businesses which failed because of a lack of CQ

2.    Knowledge
Discover the etiquette of the host culture and explore how you can avoid taboos and pitfalls. Learn how to influence effectively in meetings and social events by observing the right protocol.

3.    Empathy
Understand the values of the host culture better and connect the cultural values to behaviour. Identify differences with your own value system and learn to activate your cross-cultural core and flex.

4.    Communication
Learn how a few words of the local language can unlock doors and build rapport. Discover the differences between direct and indirect communication and finetune your ability to read between the lines.

5.    Leadership
Build rapport and trust with your team. Learn how you can motivate and give feedback in a culturally appropriate way. Discover how perceptions of leadership may vary from your own culture and uncover the traits of local leaders.
