Start with the end in mind. Learn to consider what you want from the outcome of the piece that you are writing. Explore how to make the content relevant and empathize with your audience’s emotional state before writing. Learn how you can fit content into the right amount of space.

3.    Structure
Discover how to order content in the most engaging way. Learn how to decide on what to highlight and how to use attention grabbing headings and subheadings. Explore how you can break up complexity and long sentences.

4.    Tone and Style
Align tone and style with your brand. Decide which voice to use and the level of formality to write in. Build your own style guide and develop a consistent voice. Learn to avoid repetition and padding. Eliminate complex jargon and learn when it’s appropriate to add humour. Discover when you can be creative with grammar rules and conventions.
