METHODOLOGY

Training with Mango maximises action and interaction, blending individual and group exercises. Participants master key concepts through role plays, games, quizzes, case studies, discussions and reflective sessions

STRUCTURE

1.    Changing Mindsets
Challenge the fixed mindset about confident communication. Learn that it’s okay to make mistakes. Find out what to do if your mind goes blank. Adopt a growth mindset and overcome limiting self-beliefs.  

2.    Changing Physiology
Examine how minor changes to physiology can make us feel more confident. Learn how to sit and stand in a more confident and assertive way. Explore the relationship between energy levels and confident communication.

3.    Building Vocabulary
Discover fixed phrases that you can use to transform your speaking and even writing. Learn fixed expressions you can use on the phone, during meetings or any time you want to share your ideas

4.    Accountability
Explore what to do if you can’t think of the right word. Build comfort with silence and learn strategies for helping communication if you cannot understand what someone has said. Discover how to make your voice powerful, even when you feel nervous.   

5.    Speak Up!
Learn how to speak up and get your voice heard. Discover how to share your opinion and ideas in front of other and how to hold the floor without fear.
