METHODOLOGY

Training with Mango maximises action and interaction, blending individual and group exercises. Participants master key concepts through role plays, games, quizzes, case studies, discussions and reflective sessions

STRUCTURE

1.    Relationships
Examine the factors that can influence online relationships. Uncover some strategies for improving communication in a remote work environment. Practice using empathy, active listening, and small talk to build relationships.

2.    Working Together
Remotely Learn about your Team Player Style and what may be missing in a remote team. Gain insight into online meeting skills through quizzes and roleplays.

3.    Trust
Uncover the 8 Criteria for Trust and how they can affect remote team performance. Brainstorm how to build each and overcome common scenarios where trust becomes difficult.

4.    Accountability
Use the RACIN model to make sense of accountability. Discuss structural changes and rules to increase accountability. Through roleplays, practice the CEDAR method for having these difficult conversations remotely.

5.    Motivation and Purpose
Avoid mental, emotional, and environmental barriers to motivation. Guide teams towards fulfilling purposes. Discover how a growth mindset can improve motivation and engagement in a remote team.
